Shipping & Returns


We can deliver nationwide orders within 2 working days on clearance of payment, whilst overseas orders should take no more than 5 -7 working days via Air Mail, up to 14 -21 by Sea.
Normally, all orders are dispatched when the order is processed and Address Verification (CODE10) is complete, any delays in these processes may delay delivery times.
Product availability will also have an effect on delivery, of a couple of days or longer. In case of a longer delay, you will be notified via e-mail or telephone as soon as possible.
All orders are checked, packed and collected via courier and are fully insured against loss or damage. All orders are delivered requiring a signature for receipt of the order. Our normal delivery hours are Monday - Friday from 9.00am to 5.30pm, but this can be changed in times of high volumes of deliveries, e.g. leading up to Christmas. Saturday delivery can be arranged upon request but will incur an additional charge.
Delivery prices quoted on are for UK mainland delivery only. This excludes the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland and the Isle of Man. If you live outside the UK, you will be contacted upon receipt of your order to confirm the delivery charge or alternatively please email or telephone for a delivery quotation.
Please note that orders placed on a weekend will not be processed until Monday; while we try our best to get these orders out on a same day basis, please also note that although you may have selected a next day shipping service, this MUST take in to account that weekend orders are not procesed until Monday, and as such we cannot guarantee we can ship it on a same-day basis


In the unlikely event that your product is faulty or damaged when delivered please contact us via email immediately (within 48 hours of delivery) quoting your order reference, invoice number and details of the problem.

We will exchange the order (in part or full) or a refund (if you decide to cancel the order) as soon as the goods have been received and inspected in our warehouse. If the product is faulty 7 days after delivery but within the manufacturers guarantee we will repair it free of charge, provided the item has not been subjected to miss-use, neglect or accidental damage. This does not apply outside the UK. This does not effect your statutory rights.

1) Please ensure the goods are in the original packaging and packed safely when returning. After inspection in our warehouse if the goods returned are found not be faulty or in "as new" condition we will charge delivery costs for returning them back to you.
2) If we find that an item which has been returned as faulty is in fact not faulty, the customer will be liable for the carriage to have the item returned to them.
3) We cannot be held responsible for changes to equipment which have made items faulty due to 'changes' in the equipment. 'Changes' covers modifications to equipment such as internal modifications (even if the modification is one obtained via the manufacturer), firmware updates, or anything else which changes how the item works

Where applicable, refunds will be processed within 28 days from being approved for refund. Invariably though they are done well within this time limit

You have a right to cancel your order in part or full within 7 working days if you change your mind. Please notify us via email at All goods must be returned unused, complete and in the original packaging and condition they were supplied in together with any accessories or free gifts provided with the product. All goods must be returned with the original proof of purchase or the order reference. All non-defective returns may be subject to a restocking charge. For all orders we will not be liable for the return shipping costs.
We do not accept returns on items where hygiene may be an issue, such as earpieces, headphones and hand microphones.
Please not that in the case of items where there is a licence agreement sticker/seal which needs to be broken to use the item, e.g. software, return of this item for refund is NOT possible once the item has been used and/or the seal violated.

All non-defective returns may be subject to a 20% restocking fee on the value on the product. The product must be returned with all of its original packaging and accessories, and still sealed in the original shrink-wrap. There will be additional charges for any missing items.
For all orders we will not be liable for the return shipping costs.
Please note that we do not give refunds on used equipment. We will however exchange for a product of equivalent value.
