If your product is faulty or damaged upon delivery, please contact us via email within 48 hours, providing your order reference, invoice number, and details of the problem.

Once we receive and inspect the returned goods in our warehouse, we will exchange the order or issue a refund, depending on your preference. If the product is faulty within 14 days of delivery but still within the manufacturer's guarantee, we will repair it free of charge, provided it has not been misused, neglected, or accidentally damaged. This policy only applies within the UK and does not affect your statutory rights.

Please ensure that the goods are returned in their original packaging and packed securely. If the returned goods are found to be not faulty or in "as new" condition after inspection, we will charge delivery costs to return them to you.

If an item returned as faulty is found to be not faulty, the customer will be responsible for the return carriage costs.

We cannot be held responsible for equipment changes that may have caused items to become faulty, such as modifications, firmware updates, or any other alterations that affect the item's functionality.

Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 28 days from approval. However, they are usually processed well within this time limit.

The final output stage of used equipment carries no warranty. This stage is an electronic circuit that utilizes a pair of active devices to produce the output power. Push-pull circuits, commonly used in amplifier output stages, can be damaged or overheated due to high SWR or short circuits.

If you change your mind, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 working days. Please notify us via email at sales@radioworld.co.uk.

All non-defective returns must be unused, complete, and in their original packaging and condition, including any accessories or gifts provided. They must also be accompanied by the original proof of purchase or order reference.

Non-defective returns may be subject to a refund reduction charge if the item is not returned in brand-new condition and can be resold as such. We are not responsible for the return shipping costs, unless we are at fault, in which case we will reimburse the original charge for postage and packaging. We do not accept returns on items where hygiene may be an issue, such as earpieces, headphones, and hand microphones. Please note that once the seal is broken on items with a license agreement sticker, such as software, they cannot be returned for a refund.

Reductions on the value of non-defective returns may apply to products that cannot be sold as brand new or, in the case of used items, can only be exchanged or credited. The product must be returned with all original packaging and accessories, still sealed in the original shrink-wrap. Additional charges may apply for missing items.

Refunds may take up to 7 days to process.

These terms and conditions do not affect your legal rights, and we reserve the right to change them without prior notice.
