Now in Stock, the V-250 is ideal for restricted space installations, i.e balcony fitting , as no ground radials are necessary, and the antenna will cover all amateur bands from 80m - 6m, using similar loading coil techniques as the very popular CHA-250B vertical.
Overall width is only 2.56m, and the height is 0.66m, so this wideband antenna has great potential for fitting in those places where HF operation seems impossible.The 10m wire attached to the coil in place of the 2 elements. The SWR was impressively low on all bands, and the whole antenna can be up and running in a few minutes. Where space is a premium, then the V-250 may be the answer to HF operating.
