PRODUCT PRICING
All products and prices including special offers are subject to change or discontinuation without notice. Whilst we try to ensure prices and product information is accurate on our web site, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders (even if the payment has been charged) for goods that have been advertised at an incorrect price, showing the wrong photograph or description.
If we discover any pricing errors before we process your order, you will be notified immediately with the option to re submit your order at the correct price or cancel the order.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
All products are subject to availability and can change prior to delivery without notice. If this is the case, you will be notified by phone or email.
Any product availability information supplied on our website is an estimate only. Prices marked as zero are normally items which are posted pre-release, and as such the proper price will be released when the information is available.
PAYMENT
All prices shown on our web site are inclusive of 17.5 % VAT. Purchases can be made using Paypal, Visa, MasterCard or any of the major Credit/Debit Cards via our secure server.
We have taken every step possible to give our customers the safest shopping experience, however if you are still uncertain about entering your credit/debit card details over the internet, you can also place your order by phone, fax or post.
All credit/debit card orders are subject to validation and checks with the card-issuing bank. Radioworld Ltd will not be liable if your order is delayed due to these checks. (Please note Non-UK credit/debit card transactions can take longer than normal) Orders can only be accepted from the cardholders themselves. The goods can only be shipped to the billing address of the cardholder unless informed/authorised otherwise by the card-issuing bank.
SHIPPING
Please note that we will only ship to the address of the card holders, unless other arrangements have been made with the management of Radioworld and the buyer prior to the order being placed, e.g. shipping to company addresses normally requires a copy of a utility bill from the company faxed or emailed to us.
On international orders, we will only ship to the card holder's address.
We do not ship to P.O boxes, unless arrangements otherwise have been made with the management of Radioworld and the buyer prior to the order being placed.
Under the situation where a Paypal payment is made for an order to an invalid address, the Paypal payment is taken instantaneously; we will only refund the payment less the Paypal fees - this situation should not arise if the customer has read these T&C.
Whilst we take as much care as possible to make the shipping prices on products as accurate as possible, sometimes the prices on orders taken over the internet will differ from the actual carriage charges required because of weight differences in packages, changes of carriage tariffs set by couriers, etc. In such cases we will notify the customer and request that we take the extra payment. If the customer refuses to pay the extra money, Radioworld reserves the right to cancel the order.
WARRANTY
All products purchased from Radioworld Ltd are supplied with a full manufacturers warranty, except for used equipment which comes with 3 month warranty (unless stated differently at time of purchase) covering parts and labour. Your product will be covered against any faults from the date of delivery however this warranty will NOT cover misuse, neglect or accidental damage.
Apart from the used equipment caveat above, we only sell & warranty UK-sourced new products, no 'grey import' new items are knowingly sold by us.
ITEMS SENT TO RADIOWORLD
Where Radioworld have agreed for items to be sent to Radioworld, e.g. for part-exchanges, repairs, we will arrange for a courier to pick up the item, unless the customer prefers to make their own arrangements. It is the responsibility of the sender to package the item sufficiently to protect it from any damage while in transit. Radioworld reserves the right to refuse delvery of any item they feel that has been insuffiently packaged. Items sent back to Radioworld are at the expense of the sender.
DATA
While we actively encourage search engines to look at our website and use the corresponding settings we allow for them, we will take action against parties who browse this site with automated data mining / web scraping scripts for competitive purposes, or organisations which are using up excessive bandwidth on our servers.
