The FT-2800M is the latest model from Yaesu for 2m. It has excellent receiver performance, direct keypad frequency entry and 65W of output power. It is equipped ready for packet operation at 1200bps. It has wide/narrow deviation selection, as well as 50 tone CTCSS encode and decode built-in. Receiver covers 144 to 146MHz or modified for wideband receive 137 to 174MHz.
