The MFJ-5606TR cable is for the MFJ-1800 2.4 GHz WiFi antenna. You can use this cable to connect to any wireless device with a RP-TNC (reverse TNC) connector. The cable is RG174 grade and 6 feet long. It has the RP-TNC connector on one end and a 'N' Male connector on the other.
