In the UK there is a general lack of 4m base antennas, this is mainly due to the fact a number of major countries do not support this band.
The WBV-70 fills this need yet despite its price it is extremely well engineered. Slimline construction with GRP fibreglass to house the DC grounded coil and a two section aluminium whip which is adjustable. The antenna is fed via an SO-239 socket and does not require any ground planes or radials. Also included are the necessary mast mounting brackets.
