The ACOM 2000S is a digital control unit that offers automatic antenna switching capabilities. When used with the ACOM 2000SW and the ACOM 2000A Automatic HF Linear Amplifier, the 2000S communicates antenna selection information generated by the 2000A. It displays the currently selected antenna and drives the control signals for the remotely located 2000SW. The 2000S also includes a general-purpose RS232 control port for computer-controlled switching of multiple antennas. Software is available for automatic tuning of all antennas on all band segments when using the 2000S and 2000SW with the 2000A. The ACOM 2000SW is a rugged, high-performance coaxial antenna switch designed for commercial and amateur applications. It is a single-pole, 10-position coaxial switch that can handle up to 5kW and operate at VSWR as high as 3:1. The 2000SW is fully protected against adverse conditions such as antenna mismatch, hot-switching, and lightning, making it a safe solution for remote switching of multiple antennas.
