Comet GP 93 is a brand new 3-band base colinear antenna with a comfortable length of 1.78m. It is made of fibreglass construction and offers great performance on 2m/70cms and 23cms. The antenna is perfect for tri-band operation, thanks to Comet's latest ABS joint system and heavy-duty fibreglass. It can be used with the Comet cfx-431 for triplex communication. The GP 93 utilizes the newly developed MPC (multi-pass converter system) for low loss and maximum gain. With wideband coverage and no adjustment required, the VSWR is less than 1:5. Weighing in at 1.15kg, the antenna has a maximum power rating of 300w. The base connector is an "N" type and the mast requirements are between 30-62mm, with clamps included. The Comet GP 93 is an excellent choice for those looking to try the operation on these three bands for the first time. It is easy to install and connect and works well with rigs like the Kenwood TS-2000 and Icom IC-910 with 23 cm options. The antenna provides tri-band base coverage on 144/433/1200Mhz with gains of 4.5/7.2/10.00dBi respectively. It has an impedance of 50 Ohms and a length of 1.78m. The weight is 1.15kg and the mast requirement is 30-62mm. The base connector is an "N" type.
