The Sigma Euro-Comm DELTA-80HP is a versatile full-wave loop antenna designed for multiple bands, including 80m, 40m, 20m, and 10m. It features a 4:1 balun at the feed point, allowing direct feeding with 50ohm coax like RG-213 or Mini 8. The antenna can be configured as a square loop or an equilateral triangle, offering flexibility in installation either horizontally or vertically.

When set up as a delta loop or equilateral triangle, the antenna is suitable for near DX when laid flat and provides low-angle radiation for long-range DX when vertical. The gain is 3.2dBd for this configuration. Alternatively, configuring it as a quad loop offers different advantages: horizontal orientation is suitable for NVIS, while vertical placement provides 2.8dBd gain. Sloping the antenna at 45 degrees enables low-angle DX propagation.

The Delta Loop Specifications include a maximum power handling of 500W CW and 600W PEP. The forward gain is up to 3.2 dBD. The SWR varies across different frequencies, with values like 1.5:1 at 3.60 MHz, 1.7:1 at 21.15 MHz, and an excellent 1.1:1 at 28.02 MHz. The overall loop dimensions measure 81.12m, with options for three equal sides at 27.04m or four equal sides at 20.28m. The radiating wire is made of Poly flex weave non-kink material, ensuring durability and performance.
