The Diamond MR-75 Dual band Antenna with Mag Mount is a small and compact dual-band magnet mount antenna designed for frequencies of 144/430MHz (2m/70cm). It features a knuckle that is securely held in place with a thumb screw. The antenna has a gain of 0 dBd on 2m and 1-2 dBd on 70cm, with a maximum power of 35 watts. It weighs 200 grams and has a length of 50cm. The antenna comes with a 3m cable that can be fitted with a BNC, PL, or SMA connector. The magnet base has a diameter of 50mm. It is suitable for mobile use up to speeds of 120 km/h, provided that a short external cable is used. The antenna is black anodized. This version with an SMA connector is particularly well-suited for use with handheld radios, eliminating the need for bulky adaptors.
