The Heil PR 31 BW microphone is the answer for those who use the PR 30 for cymbals and toms but need it to fit in tight spots. Through a collaboration with the FOH engineer for the Charlie Daniels Band, Bob Workman (hence the "BW" designation), the 4-inch tall PR 31 BW was developed. The PR 31 BW offers all the benefits of the PR 30 in a smaller footprint suitable for mounting toms and capturing cymbals from underneath and overhead. Like the PR 30, there is no need to worry about picking up nearby sounds from other drums or sources. Also, like the PR 30, there is no need to worry about overload.

The PR 31 BW is great for vocals, guitar cabinets, brass horns, saxophone, and piano; it can even fit inside Leslie speaker cabinets and more. Heil offers a variety of mounting options for drums, guitar, and vocals/broadcasting.

You receive the microphone with the PR 31 BW in its foam-fitted protective box, ready to go.
