The MFJ-1263 Microphone Control Centre is a versatile device that connects up to two microphones, whether modular or 8-pin round, to any two radios. With movable jumpers, you can easily match different types of microphones to your rigs. Additionally, you can connect an external PTT footswitch for hands-free operation during contesting or DXing or integrate a computer or voice keyer for automated PTT control.

This control centre also enables you to route audio from your radio to an external speaker or headphones using the separate volume control. Using the MFJ-1263, you can avoid the hassle of rewiring your microphones for different rigs and incorporate external audio into the microphone input line.

Included with the MFJ-1263 are two cables: the MFJ-5397MX 8-pin modular-to-modular radio cable and the MFJ-5398 8-pin modular-to-8-pin round radio cable. The device features separate input sockets for 8-pin round and 8-pin modular microphones, mic select buttons for Mic A and Mic B, modular output sockets, radio select buttons for Radio A and Radio B, and speaker input and output sockets. Other notable features include an aux input, internal jumpers for matching various rigs, speaker volume control, speaker On/Off button, PTT socket, headphone socket, rubber feet, and compact dimensions of 210 x 35 x 140mm with a weight of 575g.
