The MFJ-836H is a versatile VSWR/Power Meter that features a cross-needle RF ammeter capable of measuring currents up to 30A. It is part of the MFJ line of products, which includes three different RF ammeters. The MFJ-834 offers a simple RF ammeter, while the MFJ-835 is equipped with a cross-needle RF ammeter designed for balanced line feeders. The MFJ-836H, on the other hand, combines the cross-needle VSWR/PWR meter with the RF ammeter. With a frequency range of 1.8-30MHz, this meter is suitable for a wide range of applications. It also offers various power measurement options, including FWD 300/3000W, REF 60/600W, and Peak or Average modes. The sockets on the meter are SO-239, and it has a compact size of 152 x 89 x 114mm, weighing 650g.
