The MFJ-890-UK DX Beacon Monitor Locked to MSF Rugby is a powerful tool for tracking beacons worldwide. Switching on your receiver and tuning to the beacon channel allows you to watch the world map display and monitor up to 18 different DX paths globally. The beacon frequencies range from 14.1 to 28.200MHz, offering comprehensive coverage for monitoring purposes.
Equipped with a configurable 60kHz Time Signal, built-in Atomic clock receiver, and internal jumpers for programming various time signals like WWVH, WWV, JJY, and MSF, the MFJ-890-UK ensures accurate timekeeping and synchronization options. Users can choose between manual sync or Atomic sync, with a green synchronization LED indicating the status. The World map display features eighteen red LEDs representing different paths, with five bands available for selection.
The MFJ-890-UK requires a 12V external supply or a 9V internal backup (not included) for power options. This versatile beacon monitor provides a comprehensive solution for tracking and monitoring DX paths worldwide, making it an essential tool for radio enthusiasts and professionals alike.
