The MFJ-974HB is a fully balanced true balanced line antenna tuner designed for use on the 6-160 meter bands. This antenna tuner provides efficient and effective tuning capabilities for balanced line antennas. With its balanced design, it ensures optimal signal transmission and reception. Whether you are an amateur radio operator or a professional, the MFJ-974HB is a reliable and versatile antenna tuner that will enhance your communication experience.

A 1:1 current balun is placed on the low impedance 50-ohm input side to convert the balanced T-Network to an unbalanced operation. The balun is made of 50 ferrite beads on RG-303 Teflon coax to give exceptional and efficient isolation. It stays cool even at maximum power.
