The MH-C9000 WizardOne Charger-Analyzer from Powerex is designed to charge 1-4 AA or AAA NiMH or NiCD batteries through 4 independent slots. It supports batteries with capacities ranging from 100-20,000mAh. The charger features a large, backlit LCD screen that displays capacity, voltage, elapsed time, and current. It offers 29 selectable charge and discharge rates, including 19 charging currents from 0.2-2.0A and ten discharging currents from 0.1-1.0A in increments of 0.1A.

This charger boasts five operational modes: Charge, Refresh & Analyze, Break-In, Discharge, and Cycle. The Charge mode is ideal for frequently used batteries, as it recharges them at the selected rate. The Refresh & Analyze mode is suitable for batteries stored for more than 2 weeks but less than three months or those showing poor performance. Break-in mode, also known as IEC capacity measurement, is best for new batteries or those stored for over three months, as it chemically reactivates the battery after long-term storage.

Additionally, the MH-C9000 offers Battery Matching functionality, allowing you to group batteries with similar actual capacity to optimize performance. It incorporates independent negative delta V charge control and features temperature and timer protection to prevent over- and under-charging. The charger comes with a 100-240V power adapter and is compatible with a 12V input, making it versatile for various settings, including use in a car with the optional cigarette lighter adapter.
