The RIGrunner is a versatile solution for connecting all your 12-volt equipment to a power source. With 40 amp 12 VDC continuous duty and seven fused outlets, it ensures a safe and reliable power supply. The device features automatic voltage and load current measurement displayed on a 3 x 7 segment display, as well as automatic shut-off in high or low voltage conditions. Additionally, it includes an intelligent USB port for charging various devices, adjustable display brightness, and external inputs for electrical/mechanical interlocks.
Constructed in the USA to IPC-610 commercial manufacturing standards, the RIGrunner boasts a durable build quality. The printed circuit board is made of .062 FR4 material with an extra heavy 3oz. copper, ensuring reliable performance. The enclosure is crafted from .062 aluminium with a powder coat finish and clear silkscreen labels for easy identification. The power connectors are exclusively Anderson Power Products Powerpoles®, arranged according to the ARES/RACES standard. The fuses installed are standard ATC/ATO automotive fuses available in 10 values from 1 to 40 Amps, and they come with stainless steel hardware with PEM™ threaded mounting standoffs.
Measuring at 0.9" H x 9.7" W x 3.2" D and weighing 12.75 oz., the RIGrunner offers precise voltage readout accuracy of +/- 2% +1 Count and current readout accuracy of less than 5A: +/- 0.25A, 5A to 40A: +/- 1A. It has high and low trip voltage settings, with auto re-start functionality. The device features quick switching times for high and low trip conditions, a maximum USB charging current of 2A, and standby and operating supply currents of 1.4mA and 19mA respectively.
