This device is an external audio signal filter. It features both an automatic and manual notch filter, as well as adjustable low- and high-pass filters. It can be used on scanners, shortwave and ham receivers. There are three variable controls and five push bottons.
The buttons select these operating modes:
Power on/off
Auto notch on/off
SSB + Peak
SSB
SSB + NOTCH
CW
CW(2)

This unit has a headphone jack in the front; and three phono sockets in the back - Input, Tape Output, and Speaker Out (2.5 Watts into 8 ohms).

And a 3.5mm socket for the power connector (8 - 20V DC).
