The software comes introducing the RS-BA1 Version 2 Dual watch Remote Control Software, The RS-BA1 remote control software gained popularity by allowing Amateur radio operators to operate selected Icom radios from a PC via IP. A new version of this software is now available called RS-BA1 Version 2 which will allow users to take advantage of some of the features of HF radios such as the IC-7610, IC-7851, and IC-7850 including dual watch operation and dual spectrum scope. The RS-BA1 Version 2 will allow the dual watch operation and dual spectrum scopes with waterfall functions* to be used on a remote PC. MAIN and SUB spectrum scopes can be observed on the RS-BA1 Version 2 at the same time. The RS-BA1 Version 2 can be used with Icom single receiver transceivers, however, we advise that you consult with the product leaflet for the level of compatibility and available functions. The IC-7800 or IC-7700 can be connected to a PC with an RS-232C cable plus S/P DIF or ACC cable. * Connection with the IC-756PROIII, IC-7400 or IC-7000, The IC-756PROIII, IC-7400, or IC-7000 can be connected to a PC with an audio cable and RS-232C cable through CT-17 CI-V level converter.* *RS-BA1 operation with the Base station's PC connected to the radio's ACC socket, MIC connector, or S/P DIF jack for audio communication cannot be guaranteed.
