A higher-performance antenna with a double centre load dual-band mobile whip has been developed for the 144/430MHz amateur bands. The antenna is a 7/8 wave C-Load at 145MHz and a 3 x 5/8 wave C-Load at 435MHz. It has a frequency range of 144/430MHz and a maximum power of 150W. The antenna offers a gain of 5.0dB at 144MHz and 7.6dB at 430MHz. It has a length of 1.58M and weighs 600gr. The connection is made using a PL-259 connector.
