The Super PWR gate is a reliable 12-volt backup power system capable of delivering 40 amperes of power from either a Power Supply or a Battery source. It features a built-in four-stage battery charger with selectable current rates ranging from 1 to 10 amperes, providing flexibility in charging options.

During a power blackout or supply failure, connected equipment seamlessly switches to the backup battery, ensuring an uninterrupted power supply. This seamless transition is facilitated by two 80 ampere Schottky diodes acting as an OR gate to isolate the battery and power supply from each other.

Designed for efficiency, the low-loss PWR gate boasts a minimal forward voltage drop of less than 0.3 volts at 20 A and 0.37 volts at 40 A. It is optimized for GELLED and AGM-type batteries while maintaining flooded lead-acid and marine batteries close to full charge. The sturdy aluminium construction with a heat sink and mounting holes ensures secure and convenient use, especially in mobile units.
