Adonis AM‑UD1 Amplified Electret Desktop Microphone
The Adonis AM‑UD1 Amplified Electret Desktop Microphone features a high‑sensitivity unidirectional electret condenser element designed to reduce ambient noise and deliver a strong Signal‑to‑Noise ratio. With two selectable voice modes — NORMAL for natural audio and LOW‑CUT for sharper frequency response — it is ideal for both everyday operation and DX communication.
The AM‑UD1 connects to a wide range of radios using Adonis microphone conversion cords, eliminating the need for additional power wiring. It includes a sound‑quality selector switch, output level adjustment, UP/DOWN controls, an LED transmit indicator, and an 8‑pin microphone connector. Power is supplied via two AA batteries (DC 3V) or through compatible conversion cords (DC 5–9V).
Compact and portable, the microphone measures 100 × 155 × 310 mm and weighs approximately 400 g (excluding batteries). The included English‑language user manual provides pin‑out details, cable compatibility, and a full list of supported transceivers with corresponding connecting‑cord part numbers
