Untolerated Behavior - Christopher McCarty
This is in relation to a 1-star review given by Mr Christopher Mccarty prompting us to send screenshots to trustpilot. This is something we can not do, and it won't allow us, but what we can do is make this blog. We don't usually do this, but due to the nature of his review and the recollection of what he has said happened and what actually happened are so widely different, we will be publishing these screenshots of consecutive emails from start to finish. Mr Mccarty approached our member of staff Sam asking about an order to be shipped to Australia at which Sam went off to do a quote as per the email stating please let us quote you. We can only assume that the 6-hour wait on a quote whilst running a very busy store was too long for him to wait, prompting his email, " You’re not forthcoming. You’re as helpful as a piece of toilet paper." Sam at this point who does not need to be running around for quotes for disrespectful people then replied " Okay.I will not obtain a qoute for you, please feel free to go elsewhere… the piece of toilet paper… -_-
This is where it gets interesting in Mr Mccartys 1 star review he states and I quote " As for your allegations for burning your shop down, I did not do that . It was your interpretation. I think we can all see quite clearly that this was said in the screen shots attached here.
"Ok whinging Pom. Hope ur business goes bankrupt lol"
"Or burns down not there’s much stock you have that will get affected lol"
I think that Sam calling Mr Mccarty a "Big baby" was quite lenient under the circumstances.
Suffice to say that his account with us has been closed down and we will no longer have to deal with him.
We, as a company, will not tolerate being spoken to in any such manner.
