The base station antenna is a mono-band, low-gain, omnidirectional antenna made of aluminium alloy 6063 T-832. It is factory tunable according to the specific customer's frequency requirements and offers protection from static discharges with DC-Ground technology. An upgrade option, part number 2104301.00 CX 4-68, extends the working frequency.

Regarding electrical data, the antenna is a 3/4λ coaxial J-pole type with a frequency range of 68-73 MHz for the CX 4-68 model, tunable by diagram. It has an impedance of 50Ω unbalanced, offering 360° omnidirectional radiation in the H-plane and a beam width of 60° in the E-plane. The antenna has a vertical polarization, a gain of 2dBd - 4.15 dBi, and a bandwidth of ≥ 1.7 MHz at 68 MHz with SWR ≤ 1.2 at the resonant frequency, supporting a maximum power of 500 Watts.

Regarding mechanical data, the antenna is constructed with aluminium, brass, stainless steel, and nylon materials. It can withstand wind loads of 97 N at 150 Km/h and has a wind surface area of 0.08 m². The antenna's height ranges from 2720 to 3325 mm, weighs approximately 1900 grams, and is designed to be mounted on a mast with a 35-42 mm diameter.
