The Sirio Base Antenna 400–470 MHzis a high‑performance collinear antenna designed for both ham radioand Land Mobile Serviceapplications. Combining ¼‑wave and ½‑wave elements, it delivers excellent efficiency and stable performance across the full UHF band.
Constructed from 17/7 PH stainless steel, the antenna offers outstanding durability and weather resistance. An open‑coil springnear the whip tip provides additional flexibility, helping the antenna withstand strong winds and harsh outdoor conditions. Supplied with stainless steel hardware and radials, it ensures a secure, long‑lasting installation.
With a compact length of 0.91m, the antenna achieves an impressive SWR below 1.2:1 at 400 MHz, ensuring efficient power transfer and minimal signal loss. Supporting up to 150W of maximum power and offering 2.5 dBd (≈4.65 dBi) gain, it deliversstrong, clear communication performance for a wide range of UHF systems.
The included anodised aluminium side‑mast bracketmakes installation straightforward, offering a stable and reliable mounting solution for both amateur and professional users.
