The HB9CV‑70is a compact and efficient 2‑element HB9CV beam antennadesigned for the 70cm amateur band, covering 430–440 MHz. With a boom length of just 30 cmand a longest element of 30 cm, it offers excellent portability while still delivering a useful 3.5 dBd gainfor improved signal performance on UHF.
This model uses a direct connection to a variable capacitor, maintaining the classic HB9CV phasing‑driven design for strong forward gain and a good front‑to‑back ratio. Ideal for portable operation, SOTA, indoor loft setups, or fixed‑station use where space is limited.
