1 kw upgrade 4:1 unun for se x-80 & se hf-360 hf vertical antenna

1 kW upgrade 4:1 unun is designed for the SE X-80 and SE HF-360 HF vertical antennas.

This listing is specifically for the replacement Unun, which is an upgrade part for the SE HF X-80 and SE HF-360 antennas. It is important to note that the GREY wire is intended for the radiating element, while the BLACK wire is connected to the antenna bracket using included rivets. For reference, there is a wire connection example available in the listing photo section. It is worth mentioning that the 1kW power rating is suitable for intermittent amateur radio use, such as CW or PEP, as well as for data modes like FT-x and RTTY. However, for constant carrier data modes, it is recommended to lower the maximum power to 200 Watts. If you plan on using a high-power amplifier, it is crucial to use an external ATU between the antenna and the amplifier to prevent any potential damage.
