The vertical multiband 1/4 λ Ground Plane base-fed antenna is designed for HF 20, 17, 15, 12, 10m + VHF 6m frequencies. It is powered at the base and can handle a maximum input power of 3 kW. The antenna has a total height of 6.75 m and weighs 7.8 kg. It is made of aluminium alloy AW6063-T66 hard-drawn tube, fibreglass, brass, and PTFE. All hardware is made of SS AISI-304 and 316. The antenna has an impedance of 50Ω unbalanced and radiation omnidirectional. It operates with linear-vertical polarization and has a gain of 0 dBd - 2.15 dBi. The antenna has a bandwidth with SWR 2 of ≥ 20, 17, 15, 12 full band 10&6m > 1.5:1. It can withstand wind speeds of up to 130 km/h (braked) and has a wind surface area 0.4m2. The stylus length is 6.2m and the radial length is 2.7m. The antenna can be mounted on a mast bracket with a diameter of ø 40-54 mm. It has an SWR @resonance of ≤1.5:1 (Typical). The antenna can continuously handle a maximum input power of 3000 Watts in all modes. It has a UHF female input connector with a PTFE insulator and gold-plated centre pin. The antenna comes with package dimensions of 14x14x145 cm and a net weight of 7.8 kg. The weight in the pack is 9.1 kg.
