The Comet CHV5Ais a compact, multi‑band rotatable dipole designed for operators who need HF performance in limited space. Covering 40, 20, 15, 10 and 6 metres, this ½‑wave antenna offers excellent versatility while remaining lightweight and easy to install.

Engineered for flexibility, the CHV5A can be assembled in a horizontal, inverted‑V, or ground‑planeconfiguration, making it suitable for a wide range of installations—from small gardens to portable and temporary setups. Each band tunes independently, allowing precise adjustment without affecting the others.

Despite its compact footprint, the CHV5A delivers solid performance with power handling of 150W SSB on 40/20mand 220W SSB on 15/10/6m. With its manageable 13-ft (approx.) span and 6-lbweight, it is ideal for operators who want a rotatable HF dipole but lack the space for full‑size antennas.

Whether used at home or in the field, the Comet CHV5A provides a practical, efficient solution for multi‑band HF operation.
